- For guests who checked-in Sunday, enjoy Breakfast in Hemingway's Restaurant
- Monday Evening: "The Party Starts" with a 3 Course Dinner (select Braised Short Ribs OR Stuffed Flounder) Then It's Non-Stop Dancing And Partying All Night Long With Our House Band & Disc Jockey in the 5th Floor Penthouse Ballroom

- Tuesday Evening: "The Main Event" New Year's Eve Celebration in our 5th Floor Penthouse Ballroom!
- 5 hour Premium Open Bar, Hors d' Oeuvres, a sensational Served Surf & Turf Dinner, Then It's Non-Stop Dancing And Partying All Night Long With Our Party Horn Band & Disc Jockey.
