HOTEL POLICIES

RATES:  All rates quoted on our web site, on printed brochures, or over the telephone are subject to change at any time without notice until a reservation is confirmed with a deposit.  Grand Hotel reserves the right to modify its rate schedule at any time with or without notice.
ADDING OR DELETING NIGHTS TO A RESERVATION:  You may add nights to your reservation at any time, subject to availability.  You may delete nights from your reservation without penalty provided that: (1) such changes are made at 15 or more days prior to your original arrival date, and (2) such changes do not conflict with minimum stay requirements.  Any deletion of nights that do not comply with both conditions shall be considered a cancellation of the original reservation with forfeiture of deposit.  
DEPOSITS:  A non-transferable deposit of 1 night's rental + tax is required to confirm reservation.  Deposit must be received by Grand Hotel within 7 days of making your reservation to confirm the reservation.  When there are fewer than 14 days between the date you make your reservation and your reservation's arrival date, a NON REFUNDABLE, NON TRANSFERABLE credit card deposit of 1 night's rental + tax is required to confirm reservation.
CANCELLATIONS & DEPOSIT REFUNDS:  If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date, your deposit, less a 25% service charge, will be refunded to you.  If you cancel your reservation 14 or fewer days prior to your arrival date, regardless of when you make your reservation,  you will forfeit 100% of your deposit.
PAYMENT OF BALANCE DUE:  Your reservation must be paid in full upon check-in via cash, major credit card, money order or certified check.  Under no circumstance will Check-in be permitted until payment for all nights reserved is received by Grand Hotel.
LATE ARRIVAL / EARLY DEPARTURE:  No refund or credit for unused room nights or services will be given in the case of a late arrival or early departure.
CHECK-IN TIME:  Normally after 3:00 PM, however, if your assigned room is ready earlier, we will make the room available to you.
CHECK-OUT TIME:  11:00 AM
ROOM REQUESTS:  We will attempt to honor requests for specific room numbers and/or locations, but we do not guarantee such requests.
PARKING:  Up to one vehicle per room reservation will be provided with a complementary parking permit.  All parking is complementary and available on a first-come, first-serve basis.  Complementary parking availability is not guaranteed.
PETS:  Sorry, we do not accept pets.
